Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Think9 Consumer Technologies Private Limited ("T9", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), we are committed to ensuring transparency in our payment processes on our platform.

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which applicants interested in applying ("Applicant", "you", "your") for the Foundery Co-Founder Identification And Immersion Program ("Program") may seek a cancellation or refund of the Application Fee paid to the Company or any of its affiliates towards submitting an application for evaluation on the Program.

Please read this Policy carefully before proceeding with your application.

I. Application Fee

  1. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable Application Fee of INR 5,000/- (Indian Rupees Five Thousand Only) plus applicable (Indian) GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  2. The Application Fee is charged solely to cover administrative and preliminary evaluation costs and does not guarantee selection, funding, or any other outcome.

II. Cancellation Policy

ONCE THE APPLICATION FEE IS SUCCESSFULLY PAID AND THE APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED, NO CANCELLATIONS ARE PERMITTED.

The Company does not entertain cancellation requests initiated by the Applicant for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind, ill-health, being otherwise indisposed, or any other circumstances that make it impossible for the Applicant to undergo evaluation, attend the Program, or unwillingness of the Applicant for any other reason whatsoever.

  • Submission of incorrect or incomplete information.

  • Decision not to, or inability to, proceed with the evaluation for the Program.

  • Ineligibility in the Applicant's applicable jurisdiction of residence or citizenship, as the case may be.

  • Ineligibility, disqualification, or dismissal of the Applicant from the evaluation or the Program.

III. Refund Policy

THE APPLICATION FEE IS STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

No refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Voluntary withdrawal of the application by the Applicant.

  • Rejection of the application at any stage of the evaluation process.

  • Delays in evaluation timelines.

  • Applicant's failure to complete subsequent evaluation steps.

  • Applicant's dismissal or disqualification from the Program.

  • Ineligibility of the Applicant at any time for any reason whatsoever.

Exception: Transaction Errors

A refund will be considered only in the event of a genuine and verifiable transaction error, including:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error on the Company's platform or authorized payment gateway.

  • Incorrect deductions where payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited.

IV. Process for Requesting a Refund (For Transaction Errors Only)

  1. The Applicant must notify the Company of any transaction error no later than 2 (two) business days from the date of the payment, along with appropriate details including screenshots and any transaction ID/number. Any failure to duly notify shall disentitle the Applicant to any remedy hereunder.

  2. Requests must be submitted via email to support@thefoundery.in with the following mandatory details:

    • Applicant's registered name, mobile number, and email address

    • Transaction ID/number

    • Payment date and amount

    • Brief description of the issue

  3. Upon verification, refunds (if approved at the reasonable discretion of the Company) will be processed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of approval.

  4. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used by the Applicant at the time of transaction.

  5. The Company shall not be responsible for any delays in refund caused by the payment gateway, banks, or other external financial systems.

V. Disclaimers

  • Payment of the Application Fee does not entitle the Applicant to any funding, investment, or partnership with the Company or any third-party investors.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.

  • Applicants are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes.

  • Continued use of the platform and services including payment gateway after any changes to the Policy constitutes consent to such changes.
