The decision is mutual - you won't be forced into building something you don't believe in.

Yes, co-founders live and work at The Foundery Sanctum—a three acre residential campus in Alibaug designed for focus, creativity, and speed.
Yes, the 90-day residency is intensive, but we follow a 'spring and recovery' rhythm.
Co-founders may travel home as long as it doesn't clash with critical sessions or milestones. The co-founder's support system is also welcome to visit The Sanctum to see what they're building.
Think of it as a 'high performance sanctuary'. We'll take care of accommodation, meals, high speed internet, fitness facilities, dedicated workspaces, meeting rooms, and recreational areas - so co-founders can focus on building.
The Sanctum will have basic medical support, first-aid, and 24/7 emergency coordination.
Mentors, product teams, brand teams, AI stacks, creative support, investor access—plus wellness, nutrition and mental health support. Co-founders don't need any technical skills or experience - our in-house team provides all necessary support.
Up to 25% equity in the business. Exact splits are agreed openly during the build cycle.
Each business receives up to ₹4 crores from The Foundery for product development, launch, and early scale.
After the 90-day residency, co-founders continue building their businesses from Delhi, Mumbai, or Bengaluru, where The Foundery's operating network is based.
