The "Foundery” Co-Founder Identification And Immersion Program is a hybrid (online and offline) merit based selection program (“Program”) that provides current and aspiring entrepreneurs an opportunity to present their business ideas to Think9 Consumer Technologies Private Limited (“Think9”) and WTFund (“WTF”) and their respective participating affiliates (collectively, the “Proposers”, and each a “Proposer”) who may evaluate the applicants and select any applicant as a ‘Co-Founder’. The application part of the Program will primarily be conducted in the English language through the https://thefoundery.in (“Website”) and other online/offline modes, which are owned or managed by the Proposers.
ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” MAY NOT BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY PURPOSE, AND IS NOT SUBJECT TO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO ENCOURAGE ONLY SERIOUS APPLICANTS, A NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE OF INR 5,000/- PLUS APPLICABLE GST (GOODS AND SERVICES TAX), OR ITS EQUIVALENT IN FOREIGN CURRENCY, SHALL BE MANDATORILY PAYABLE IN INR BY PARTICIPANTS FOR THE REGISTRATION/ APPLICATION. YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM MAKING SUCH PAYMENT AND PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF A JURISDICTION WHERE YOU ARE OF AN AGE THAT IS NOT CONSIDERED AS ATTAINMENT OF MAJORITY UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN THAT JURISDICTION OR WHERE IT IS PROHIBITED TO MAKE THE PRESCRIBED FEES PAYMENT AND SUCH ENTRIES SHALL BE DEEMED AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
The Program is open to adults i.e. only those who have completed 18 years of age as on December 15, 2025, and the Applicant should be of sound health and mind. Persons must enter the Program on their own behalf only and entry(ies) by proxy will not be accepted, even for their family members.

This Website is operated and controlled by Think9 for and on behalf of the Proposers. If it is illegal or prohibited in your country of origin to access or use this Website or the Program, then you should not do so. Those who choose to access this Website or Program access it on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations. These Terms, and any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of this Website or the Materials, shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. Except as otherwise agreed in writing by the applicable Proposer entities, any disputes relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Mumbai, India. All Proposer individuals and entities are intended third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. These Terms are binding on you as well as your legal heirs, successors and permitted assigns. In the event any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms and replaced with a valid and enforceable provision as similar in intent as reasonably possible to the provision so severed, and shall not cause the invalidity or unenforceability of the remainder of these Terms.
